336. Muladhara puja-2

Verse 336

தான் என்ற பிரகாரம் இதழ் ரெண்டும் தான்

சரியாகக் கிழிதல் வகாரம் போடு

தேன் என்ற ஜெபத்தையினி சொல்லக் கேளு

சிவ சிவா ஓம் அம் உம் சிவயநமவென்று

வான் என்ற மனதாலே இவ்வளவும் அப்பா

வரிசையுடன் பிரிதிவிமேல் ஜெலத்தின் கீழே

ஊன் என்ற எட்டெழுத்தும் மூலம் ஆச்சு

ஓ ஓஓ மானதமாம் பூசை தானே

Translation:

In the other two petals

Draw the vakaara

Now listen about the japa

Siva sivaa! Om am um sivayanama – utter this

With the mind which is the sky

Do all this above the earth below the water

The eight letters become the mulamantra

O O O the mental worship.

Commentary:

As mentioned before this is the worship ritual of the muladhara.  Following the drawing of shri in two petals the other two petals should bear the letter va.  The japa for this cakra is om am um sivayanama (not sivaaya!) .  The mind must be focused above the earth- that is the muladhara and below the water- that is the svadishtana cakra.  This is the mental worship of the muladhara.

மூலாதார சக்கரத்தின் இரண்டு இதழ்களில் ஸ்ரீ என்று எழுதவேண்டும் என்று கூறிய அகத்தியர் மீதி இரண்டு இதழ்களிலும் வகாரத்தை இடவேண்டும் என்கிறார்.  பிறகு ஓம் அம் உம் சிவயநம என்ற மந்திரத்தை உச்சரிக்கவேண்டும் என்றும் கவனம் மண்ணுக்கு மேல் அதாவது மூலாதார சக்கரத்துக்கு மேல் நீருக்குக் கீழ் அதாவது சுவாதிஷ்டானத்துக்குக் கீழ் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் அகத்தியர் கூறுகிறார்.
