Verse 299

பத்து நூற்று ஞானமடா இதுவே ஞானம்

பரம் காணா மூடனுக்குப் பரமும் காணும்

சித்தர்மார் இந்நூலைக் கண்டாரானால்

சிவ சிவா மனதடங்கி குகையில் சேர்வார்

உத்தமர்கள் கண்டக்கால் உகமே காப்பார்

உள்ளபடி கேட்டதனால் எல்லாம் ஈவார்

அத்தனார் அருள் காட்டும் இந்த நூலில்

ஆயிரமும் சின்மயமாய் அளந்தேன் பாரே

Translation:

The wisdom of ten hundreds, this is verily the wisdom

For the fool who does not see param, the param will be seen

If the Siddhas see this book

Siva sivaa!  They will reach the cave with the mind abiding

If good souls see it, they will protect it happily

If asked properly, they will grant it all,

In this book that reveals the grace of the father,

I composed all the thousand as chinmayam.

Commentary:

Agatthiyar says that this book of thousand verses if fully complete with wisdom.  It will reveal the Divine even for fools who do not see it.  He says that if Siddhas get to see this book they will perfect the way to calm the mind and remain in the cave, the ajna cakra.  If good souls see it they will protect it happily and with care.  If anyone approaches them and asks them for this knowledge they will willingly share it without hiding anything.  All the verses in this book talk about the Supreme, all the lines are embodiments of the chith, they are Chinmayam.  It will reveal the grace of the Father, the Lord.

ஆயிரம் பாடல்கள் கொண்ட இந்த நூலில் இருப்பது முற்றிலும் ஞானம்தான்.  இது இறைவனைக் காணாத முட்டால்களுக்குக் கூட இறைவனைக் காட்டும். சித்தர்கள் இந்தப் புத்தகத்தைக் கண்டால் மனம் ஒடுங்கி குகையை அடைவர், உத்தம மக்கள் இதை உயிரினும் மேலாகப் பாதுகாப்பர். அவர்களிடம் முறையான வழியில் கேட்டால் அவர்கள் எதையும் மறைக்காமல் அருளுவார்கள் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர். இந்த நூல் ஐயனின் அருளைக்காட்டும் நூல், இதில் உள்ள ஆயிரம் பாடல்களையும் சின்மயமாகப் பாடியுள்ளேன், அதாவது, விழிப்புணர்வின் உருவமாகப் பாடியுள்ளேன் என்கிறார் அவர்.
