262. She bid me to sing them as thousand verses

Verse 262

கூறினாள் சகலோரை பிழைக்கச் சொல்லி

கொட்டினாள் இந்த நூல் ஞானப்பேரு

ஆறினாள் பத்தர் சித்தர் முகத்தைப் பார்த்து

ஆயிரத்துள் பாடவென்று எனக்குச் சொன்னாள்

சாறினாள் சாரோட்டாள் இந்த நூலில்

சந்தயங்களும் தீர்ந்து பயமும் தீர்த்தாள்

ஏறினாள் இது பாதை இல்லாவிட்டால்

இழுபடா சுகம் காண எண்ணிப் பாரே

Translation:

She mentioned so that everyone will be saved

She poured,  this book is named jnanam

She was pacified seeing the faces of devotees and siddhas

She told me to sing it in thousand verses

She associated, the one who never associates, in this book

The doubts were cleared and she removed the fear also.

She climbed,  if this is not the path

Bliss cannot be experienced, think about this.

Commentary:

Sakthi mentioned all these esoteric principles so that all the souls in the world will realize these and get liberated.  Agatthiyar says that hence, this work is called jnanam,  She poured every piece of knowledge for Agatthiyar and bid him to compose this work of thousand verses.  Such a Sakthi, Manonmani is completely independent, is niradhara.  She associated herself with this book of Agatthiyar.  She cleared all the doubts and removed all fears.  She climbed the path, the sushumna nadi.  Agatthiyar says this is the only way to experience the bliss.  He advises Pulatthiyar to think about this.

சக்தி இந்த சூட்சுமமான விஷயங்களை உலகோர் உச்சீவிப்பதற்காக கூறினாள் என்றும் தன்னை அவற்றை ஆயிரம் பாடல்கள் கொண்ட நூலாக அதைப் பாடுமாறு கூறினாள் என்றும் இந்தப் புத்தகத்தின் பெயர் ஞானம் என்றும் அகத்தியர் கூறுகிறார்.  இந்த மனோன்மணித் தாய் எதையும் சாராதவள், நிராதாரி, அவள் இந்த நூலைச் சார்ந்து தனது ஞானத்தை இதில் கொட்டியுள்ளாள்.  இவற்றைக் கூறிய பிறகு அவள் ஏறினாள் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.  மனோன்மணி சுழுமுனை நாடியில் ஏறினாள்.  இதைக் கூறியபிறகு அகத்தியர் இன்பத்தை அனுபவிக்க இது ஒன்றுதான் வழி என்று கூறி புலத்தியரை இவையனைத்தையும் எண்ணிப் பார்க்குமாறு கூறுகிறார்.
