குறித்துமிகப்
பார்க்கவென்றால் சுழினை நாடு
கோடி ரவி பார்க்கவென்றால்
வாசி ஊது
இறுக்கி மெள்ளப்
பார்க்கவென்றால் சுழிக்கண் நாட்டு
ஏகவெளி பார்க்கவென்றால்
இதுவே பாதை
சிறுக்கி அடி என்றதினால்
மோகம் போமோ
சிவசிவா தினந்தோறும்
தெளிந்து ஏறு
அரிக்கி முதல் பிறந்தெழுத்து
சுழினை நாட்டம்
அஞ்செழுத்தில்
பிறந்ததுவே வாசி தானே.
Translation:
If to see pointedly, seek the whorl,
If to see million suns, blow the vaasi
If to see it slowly tightening it, plant in the whorl
To see the singular, supreme space, this is the path.
If it is said, “Hey lady!” will desire leave?
Siva sivaa! Climb daily
with clarity
It is the dance of the whorl from the letter a
That which was born in the five letters is verily vaasi
Commentary:
Agatthiyar elaborates on the nature of the whorl or
kundalini. He says that ascendence of Kundalini
will give focused attention, a vision of million suns. The breath and the power are tightened and
the focus is placed on the movement of the kundalini. It is not sufficient to talk about this yoga
or read about it, one has to practice is actively and consistently. Hence, Agatthiyar says that one should
practice the vaasi yogam daily and with mental clarity. He further adds that all the letters starting
from akara are born from the dance of the kundalini and the vaasi yogam, the
path to realize was born from the five letters of namacivaya.
குண்டலினி
யோகம் அல்லது வாசியோகத்தை அகத்தியர் இப்பாடலில் மீண்டும் விளக்குகிறார். அந்த யோகம் ஒருவரது கவனத்தைக் குவித்து ஆயிரம்
கோடி சூரியனின் ஒளியைக் கொண்ட பரவுணர்வைத் தருகிறது.
அதனால் ஒருவர் கவனத்தை இறுக்கி மூச்சைக் கட்டி இந்த ஆனந்த நடனத்தைப்
பார்க்கவேண்டும் ஏனென்னில் இவ்வுலகமே குண்டலினியின் நடனம்தான். இதைப் பற்றிப் பேசினால் போதாது, படித்தால்
போதாது. ஒருவர் இதனை தினமும் பயிற்சி
செய்யவேண்டும் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.
எழுத்துக்கள் அல்லது வடிவுடையதாக இருக்கும் இந்த உலகமே குண்டலினியின்
நடனத்தினால் தோன்றியது என்று கூறும் அகத்தியர் அதன் மகிமையை நமக்குக் காட்டும் வாசி
பிறந்தது ஐந்தெழுத்தில். அல்லது நமசிவாய
என்ற பஞ்சாட்சரத்தில் என்கிறார்.
