25. Sivavaalai puja-1

சிவவாலை பூஜை

கேளப்பா சிவவாலை பூஜை நேர்மை

கிருபையுடன் சொல்லுகிறேன் புலத்தியா கேள்       

ஆளப்பா நாற்பத்து முக்கோணந்தான்

அம்மனுக்கு வெகுபிரியம் பிரியம் அப்பா

கேளப்பா ஒன்றுமில்லை வாம பூஜை

கோடியிலே ஒருவனல்லோ அறிவா னப்பா

தாளப்பா மற்றோர்க்கு வாயா தப்பா

சமுசயங்கள் மெத்த உண்டு சொல்லுவேனே   (25)

Translation:

Listen about the truthful Sivavālai pujai

I am saying this with mercy, Listen Pulatthiya!

It contains forty triangles

It is the most favorite of the goddess

Listen about vāma puja, it is nothing,

Only one in a million will know it

No one else will get it

There are several important points, I will tell you.

Commentary:

After the esoteric chidambara cakra Agatthiyar describes the worship of vālai or kundalini sakti.  The yantra for this contains forty triangles.  This worship is called vāma puja.  Agatthiyar says that only one in a million will be able to perform this.  
Siddhas call the Srichakra as the forty triangle chakra.  Agatthiyar says that it is a very esoteric worship ritual.

சிதம்பர சக்கரத்தை அடுத்து அகத்தியர் சிவவாலை பூஜையை விளக்குகிறார்.  வாலை என்பது குண்டலினி சக்தியைக் குறிக்கும்.  அதற்கான யந்திரத்தில் நாற்பது முக்கோணங்கள் உள்ளன.  கோடியில் ஒருவருக்கே இந்த பூஜையைச் செய்வதற்கான திறமையும் வாய்ப்பும் கிடைக்கும் என்று அகத்தியர் கூறுகிறார். சக்தியை வழிபடுவதான ஸ்ரீ சக்ர பூஜையையே அவர் இவ்வாறு குறிப்பிடுகிறார்.  சித்தர்கள் ஸ்ரீசக்கரத்தை நாற்பது முக்கோண யந்திரம் என்று அழைக்கின்றனர். அந்த பூசையில் பல விதிகள் உள்ளன என்று அகத்தியர் குறிப்பிடுகிறார்
