41. Agatthiyar's work with 1200 verses

Verse 41

கலைஞானம் 1200

அறைந்திட்டேன் பேர்வகையும் ஊரும் சொல்லி

அரஅரா அகாரமொடு உகாரம் ரெண்டும்

நிறைந்திட்டேன் நிராமயப் பொருளைக் காட்டி

நிச்சயமாய் அகாரசித்தி நிலைக்கச் சொன்னேன்

திறந்திட்டேன் ஆதி அந்தக் குருவைக் காட்டி

சிவ சிவா முப்பூவும் தெளிவாய்ச் சொல்லி

குறைந்திட்டுப் போகாமல் சகல சித்தும்

கொட்டினேன் அந்த நூல் கூர்ந்து பாரே

Translation:

I announced forcefully uttering the names and the town

Araharā both the akāra and ukāra

I became full, showing the fully complete object

I taught you how to surely attain the akāra siddhi

I opened, the origin, showing the guru

Siva sivā! describing the muppū clearly

I revealed all the mystical accomplishments (siddhi) without holding anything back

See that book carefully where I have poured (everything).

Commentary:

Agatthiyar says that he elaborated about the akāra and ukāra mentioning all the names and sites, that he has revealed the fully complete object- the Divine, that he has taught Pulatthiyar how to attain akāra siddhi showing the guru- the kundalini and the site of the guru (at the entrance of the sahasrara),  described the muppū and all the siddhis that would occur.  He advises Pulatthiyar to read that work carefully.   Details about muppu were given in verse 5

இப்பாடலில் அகத்தியர் தான் தனது நூலில் அகார உகாரங்களைப் பற்றி விளக்கியுள்ளதாகவும் எல்லா பெயர்கள் இடங்களையும் நிராமயப் பொருளையும் காட்டியுள்ளதாகவும் எவ்வாறு அகார சித்தியை அடைவது என்பதைக் கூறியுள்ளதாகவும் முப்பூவைப் பற்றிய விவரங்களைத் தந்துள்ளதாகவும் அதனால் தனது நூலைக் கவனமாகப் படிக்குமாறும் கூறுகிறார்.  முப்பூவைப் பற்றிய விவரங்கள் ஐந்தாம் பாடலில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டன.
